Over the years your business has no doubt amassed a significant number of customer / prospect records. Unless this data is kept up to date you will be losing business. Email addresses tend to change with great regularity; staff turnover at businesses can be quite high and the contact that you had even a few months ago may no longer be employed by that company.
Here at Promocall we offer great rates for the cleansing of customer / prospect records. Whether your business consists of a small database running to just 1,000 customers / prospects or whether you are a FT 100 or Fortune 500 company with hundreds of thousands of customers, our rates for data updating and cleansing are among the best available.
Presented with a database in need of updating our team of agents will call all customers / names on the list and either verify / correct the data that is held or, where data is missing, seek to obtain the required information.
We are able to work either by logging into your CRM system or from supplied spreadsheets.
The rates below are indicative charges and are subject to final quotation once your exact requirements are known.
Normally we supply completed updates either once a week (Fridays) or twice a week (Wednesdays and Fridays) as required. Other options are available.
As part of the cleansing process we will watch for obvious typographical errors and anything that may appear to be inconsistent with the rest of the data. The charges below are based on the appropriate fields being able to be updated on the first phone call. If more than 5% call backs are required the pricing may need to be adjusted. Either way, we are confident that you will find our charges more than competitive.
