Costs are per hour based on the number of hours agreed and subsequently utilised within a 60 day period. If your requirements are not straightforward then we can prepare a tailored quotation.

Payment
All work is to be prepaid on a regular basis. Thus, if the contract is for 480 hours of calling over 4 weeks the prepayment required for each week’s calling would therefore be 120 hours x £11 hour = £1320 + VAT. For long term contracts credit terms may be available.
Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, Paypal, cheque or BACS (bank transfer).
A pro-forma invoice will be submitted for payment. A formal VAT invoice will be sent following receipt of payment.
