Unless otherwise shown it is assumed that our sales staff can make 15-20 calls per hour. This allows for both effective and ineffective calls. Longer questionnaires will result in fewer calls. Test Campaigns
Test campaigns of 40 hours are allowed. These will be charged at the 40 hour rate. If the desired results are achieved and the campaign proceeded with then a credit will be given thus bringing the test costs down to the hourly rate applicable to the wider campaign.
Payment
All work is to be prepaid on a weekly basis. Thus, if the contract is for 960 hours of calling over 4 weeks this would necessitate engaging 6 agents x 40 hours per week (240 hours). The prepayment required for each week’s calling would therefore be 240 hours x £9.97 hour = £2,392.80 + VAT.
Payment may be made by credit card, debit card, Paypal, cheque or BACS.
A pr-forma invoice will be submitted for payment. A formal VAT invoice will be sent following receipt of payment. | | | | | | | | | | |
