Team Telecom (Europe) Ltd is pleased to offer outbound telemarketing services at a rate that is extremely hard to beat. Our services are ideal for appointment setting, generating leads, data capture, data checking, debt chasing and the many other ways in which the telephone can be used to facilitate your business.
Calls are from our overseas call centre (not India) back into the UK.
Depending on the number of calls to be made, one or more telesales agents will be assigned to your campaign. In this way we are able to handle very small campaigns from as few as 500 calls. The minimum campaign period is 40 hours, being one agent employed for one week.
All B2B calls are made 9am-5.30pm Monday-Friday, or up to 9pm Monday–Saturday in the case of consumer campaigns. We have a database of over 1 million companies and up to 18 million TPS cleansed residential phone numbers.
Most staff are university graduates holding a wide variety of degrees. The accent is neutral and in some cases a passable English accent can be mimicked.
Full reporting is provided, generally in the form of Excel spreadsheets, unless otherwise requested.
Our pricing includes the cost of calling clients and assumes all calls are being made to UK landlines (ie numbers beginning 01 or 02). Additional pricing applies to calls made to non standard numbers such as mobiles, premium rate and non geographic numbers. Pricing is on an hourly rate, but can also be quoted on a per call rate if required.
