Why Morocco?

Why Morocco. However, the simple answer is that Morocco offers a high level of quality (often native) speakers educated to university level. With enough notice it is generally possible to find native speakers for just about any European language. The climate in Morocco is usually warm and unlike some other North African countries the country is politically stable. It is just 9 miles across the Straits of Gibraltar from Spain – which makes it almost European.
Your campaign
Depending on the number of calls to be made, two or more telesales agents will be assigned to your campaign. In this way we are able to handle very small campaigns from under 1,000 calls (480 per agent) taking around 80 hours to the largest campaigns involving 500 agents or more and running on a permanent basis.
Business to business (B2B) calls are generally made 9am-5.30pm Monday-Friday, or for consumer campaigns up to 9pm Monday–Saturday.
Most employees are university graduates many having been born and educated in the UK or other European countries.
Full reporting is provided, generally in the form of Excel spreadsheets, unless otherwise requested. We also have our own bespoke CRM system which can be utilised for a small daily charge enabling you to see in real time what the agents are doing and also to receive appointments in real time.
Our prices include the cost of calling clients and assume all calls are being made to UK landlines (ie numbers beginning 01 or 02). Small additional costs apply to calls made to non standard numbers such as mobiles, premium rate and non geographic numbers. Pricing is on an hourly rate, but can also be quoted on a per call rate if required. The standard working day is 8 hours and 4 hours on Saturday if required (consumer campaigns).
