Eurocom Marketing Limited (trading as Promocall) offers outbound telemarketing at rates that are extremely hard to beat. Our services are ideal for data cleansing, data capture, debt collection, lead generation, appointment setting, subscription renewals, and the many other ways in which the telephone can be used to grow and sustain your business.
We are based in Hove, UK from where we control a network of quality home based telemarketers throughout the UK.
Clients come to us, seeking to avoid the high rates charged by traditional telemarketing companies, and at the same time not wanting the frustrations and headaches that arise when dealing with cheaper overseas call centre owners and managers. However, if your need is for foreign speaking agents such as in French, German, Dutch or Arabic we can supply these through our Moroccan partners who offer a ready supply of native speakers in various European languages.
Why Promocall?
As noted we are a specialist UK owned and managed telemarketing consultancy. Managing Director, Henry Newrick (www.HenryNewrick.com) has spent a lifetime in sales and marketing and has been actively involved in telemarketing for over 45 years.
Your Campaign
Depending on the number of calls to be made, one or more agents will be assigned to your account. In this way we are able to handle small campaigns involving less than 1,000 calls to the largest campaigns utilising many agents and running on a permanent basis.
Business to business (B2B) calls are generally made 9am-5.30pm Monday-Friday, or for consumer campaigns up to 8pm Monday–Saturday.
Our prices include the cost of calling clients and assume all calls are being made to UK landlines (ie numbers beginning 01, 02 or 03). Small additional costs apply to calls made to non standard numbers such as mobiles and non geographic (08) numbers. Pricing is on a per call rate, but can also be quoted on an hourly rate if required. The standard working day is 7.5 hours.
